The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you’ll earn, which can be applied to future purchases! Currently, this is only offered to US residents. Sign up for emails to be the first to know when it launches internationally.
- Who can join?Our loyalty program is currently available to US residents.
- How do I earn points?For every dollar spent on eligible purchases, you’ll earn Frankies Points, which can be converted into reward dollars to use toward future purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can earn Frankies Points even faster, meaning more rewards with every dollar you spend!
- How do I redeem my points?Once logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.
- What do different point statuses mean?
- Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
- Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
- Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
- Is there a limit on how many product reviews I can leave?One product review per month is permitted.
