Orders are processed Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day. Please allow up to 2 – 3 business days to fully process your order. Delivery dates are based on average transit time.
Please note that expedited shipments do not deliver on weekends, or holidays.
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order and in stock items together, we recommend placing separate orders for each.
We will try our best to accommodate order cancellations but cannot guarantee. Please note that the window to cancel is small, as we do our best to ship orders quickly.
Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers’ website and enter tracking details to see the updated shipping status.
All monogram placements are sewn on the left cuff. Please allow 1 week for embroidery orders to process before shipping. Slight variations may occur.
Orders over $1,000 USD will require a signature at delivery and deliver via FedEx, regardless of which option is selected during checkout.
If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 30 days.
